We are an exceptional Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) residential school and college provision where you can start your career journey towards becoming a Teaching Assistant or Support Worker.
Join our Youth Career Pathway as a Trainee Support Assistant where you will:
- Gain a Level 2 Qualification in Social Care (SEND Provision)
- Step into a paid role making a difference to young people's lives
- Build confidence, skills and gain experience
- Choose your placement based on your interests (classroom or residential)
Gain a Level 2 Diploma, practical skills and knowledge across 15+ units, including:
- Working with Children & Young People
- Safeguarding Adults & Children
- Mental Health, Autism & Learning Disabilities
- Effective Communication & Person-Centred Care
- Nutrition, Infection Control & Basic Life Support
- Assessment & Planning in Residential Childcare
