Summer Festival 2026
Bigger and better than ever: We are celebrating 75 years with our annual Summer Festival
We are inviting the local community to our biggest and best Summer Festival yet on Saturday 20th June 2026, from 11.30am to 4.00pm, as it celebrates a wonderful 75 years of care, education and community.
Set within our stunning woodland campus in Ashley, the festival promises an affordable, funfilled day for all the family, marking a milestone 75th anniversary while bringing together friends, supporters and the wider community.
Visitors can enjoy an exciting range of activities and attractions, including circus skills shows and interactive workshops, Burley Alpacas, go-karting, face painting, giant bubbles, a host of traditional fairground games, a football challenge, craft activities, vintage fire service vehicles, an impressive display of classic cars, a huge tombola - with even more new attractions to be announced soon too. Local emergency services will also be attending as part of their Community Engagement Programme.
Food & Drink Highlights
A wide variety of food and drink will be available throughout the day, with a special mention to the everpopular Ice Cream Bournemouth joining us, alongside a fantastic BBQ and plenty of delicious cakes served with tea, coffee or cold drinks.
Upbeat Festival Music
Live music throughout the day will create a true festival atmosphere, with upbeat swing, folk and pop sounds throughout the day. Performers include the hugely popular Swing Unlimited, DJ Feenix, Josh Betteridge and other talented musicians.
