Human Resources Administrator

Department: Human Resources

Location: The Sheiling Ringwood

Employment Type: Permanent

Hours & Working Patterns: 35 hours per week, over 52 weeks per year (part-time hours can be considered)

Salary: £22,594 to £24,063 gross per annum (plus generous annual leave entitlement and other benefits)

Teaching Assistant - College

Department: College (students 19 to 25 years)

Location: The Sheiling Ringwood

Employment Type: Permanent

Hours & Working Patterns: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time (41 working weeks, including training days)

Salary: £19,039 to £20,020 per annum (already pro-rated to reflect term time only working – full year equivalent would be £20,820 to £21,893)

Training & Development: Option to study for fully funded, industry recognised Level 3 & 4  qualifications


Support Worker

Department: Residential Care (students 6–25 years)

Location: The Sheiling Ringwood

Employment Type: Permanent

Hours & Working Patterns:  40 hours per week, term time only (41 working weeks, including training days) OR Full year option with condensed hours available

Salary: £21,287-£22,384 for term time only option; £23,795-£25,021 for full year option

Closing Date: 27th June 2024 at 12 Noon

Interview Process: Interviews will take place week commencing 1st July 2024 and week commencing 8th July 2024. Successful candidates will be invited to a formal interview, tour of our wonderful setting and lunch in one of our residential houses. Please therefore expect to be here for approximately 3 hours.

Training & Development: Study for a fully funded, industry recognised Level 3 qualification whilst you work.


Night Waking Support Worker

Department: Residential Care (students 6–25 years)

Location: The Sheiling Ringwood

Employment Type: Permanent

Hours & Working Patterns:  Term Time (41 working weeks, including training days) with the following options:

  • 2 nights = 19 hours per week
  • 3 nights = 28.5 hours per week
  • 4 nights = 38 hours per week

Salary: £21,945-£23,372 pro rata per annum to reflect term time working based on 38 hours per week (£24,531-£26,126 FTE)
