Teaching Assistants

Biodynamic Gardener
Department: School & College (students 5-25 years)
Location: The Sheiling Ringwood
Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours & Working Patterns: 15 hours per week (worked across 2 weekdays), Term Time (41 working weeks, including training days)
Salary: £12,014-£13,628 per annum (already pro-rated to reflect part-time hours and term-time only working – full-time and full-year equivalent would be £30,037-£34,070)

Lunchtime Assistant - School
Department: School Education (students 5–19 years)

Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
Hours & Working Patterns: 12.5 hours per week: (12.15pm-2.45pm Monday to Friday) Term time (41 working weeks, including training days)
Salary: £7,896-£8,149 per annum (already pro-rated to reflect term time working – full year equivalent would be £28,247-£29,150)

Support Worker
Department: Residential Care (students 5–25 years)
Location: The Sheiling Ringwood
Employment Type: Permanent
Hours & Working Patterns: 40 hours per week, term time only (41 working weeks, including training days) OR Full year option with condensed hours available
Salary: £25,269-£26,078 for term time only option; £28,246-£29,150 for full year option
Interview Process: Successful candidates will be invited to a formal interview, tour of our wonderful setting and lunch in one of our residential houses. Please therefore expect to be here for approximately 3 hours.
