Youth Career Pathway - Trainee Support Assistant
Department: Residential or Education (School or College)

Hours & Working Patterns: 35 hours per week (in assigned class or residential house)
Salary: National Minimum Wage (age related)
Training & Development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Social Care (SEND) Provision

Senior IT Technician
Department: IT
Location: The Sheiling Ringwood
Employment Type: Permanent
Hours & Working Patterns: Full time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £29,857 to £31,799 gross per annum
Closing Date: 25th June 2026 at 12 noon

Start Date: As soon as possible
Trustee with SEND School experience
Department: School and College – Day and Residential (for SEND students aged 5–25 years)
Location: The Sheiling Ringwood
Role Type: Voluntary
Time Commitment: 5 x term-time Board meetings per year, each lasting ½ a day, generally on a Friday afternoon. 1 x whole day Strategy Day each Spring.
Additional membership of a committee/workgroup (approx 12 hours per year) plus additional time for onsite visits and reading supporting documentation in preparation for meetings.
Salary: This is a voluntary role but reasonable travel expenses can be claimed. Lunch/refreshments are provided at each Board meeting.
