My first visit to The Sheiling Ringwood was in 1995 for an inspirational teacher training observation.

In 2006, I joined the Artistic Eurythmy Group at The Sheiling Ringwood. At that time, I was teaching eurythmy at the neighbouring Ringwood Waldorf School.

I especially enjoy the cultural and seasonal events which connect us with the surrounding nature as well as with the community.

In September 2022, I joined the Health and Therapies Team, initially as a trainee, but have since completed an MEd in Eurythmy Therapy.

Through therapeutic movement with language, music, and colour, I support students to find wellbeing and ways in which they can express themselves.
