Taking care of your mind as well as your body is really important. There are things you can do to help you keep on top of your mental wellbeing and cope with how you may feel.

This website provides guidance on creating a ‘wellbeing plan’ to help you proactively think about the tools that you can use to promote good mental health. The site was developed by mental health practitioners and people with lived experience and is co-funded by NHS England.

Steps to Wellbeing Service is a free, confidential NHS service for anyone aged 18+ who is registered at a GP surgery in Dorset (including Bournemouth and Poole) and in Southampton. They offer a range of different types
of treatment for people experiencing problems with low mood/depression, anxiety or stress.
