Hours & Working Patterns:  35 hours per week, over 52 weeks per year

Salary: £33,392 to £37,876 gross per annum (plus generous annual leave entitlement and other benefits)

Set in a stunning sustainable and eco-friendly 40-acre site close to the New Forest and Dorset coastline, the natural surroundings of our day and residential school and college provide a rich, enabling and therapeutic learning environment for students, aged 6-25, who have special educational needs.

We are seeking an experienced CIPD qualified Advisor to join our busy HR team. Reporting into the HR Manager (and with line management responsibility for HR Administrators), this is a generalist role with a particular focus on recruitment and resourcing, employee relations, compliance, and HR data management.

You’ll be;

  • CIPD qualified to at least Level 3
  • Experienced in an HR generalist role, preferably within a regulated environment
  • Organised and methodical, proactive and positive
  • Used to balancing and prioritising a varied workload

Key priorities will be;

  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and safer recruitment practice
  • Working collaboratively to define and refine HR procedures and processes
  • Acting as a primary contact for employee relations matters
  • Overseeing the maintenance of HR information and processing data for payroll
