Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Hours & Working Patterns: 15 hours per week, Monday & Tuesday

Salary: £9,637 to £9,946* per annum (already pro-rated to reflect part time working)

*salary to increase by 6.5% with effect from 1st September 2025

We are looking to appoint a part-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant to handle telephone/general enquiries, welcome all visitors to the site, and carry out all other reception functions in a friendly and professional manner.  The role also includes providing administrative, secretarial and clerical support to colleagues as directed.

The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of two years’ general administration/secretarial experience and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Email. They will also need to be highly organised, a team player, have the ability to work under pressure, and be able to communicate effectively and appropriately with people who may have widely differing levels of communication abilities.
