Hours & Working Patterns: Term time (41 working weeks, including training days)
OR Full Time – 52 weeks made up of 41 working weeks + 4 additional weeks of weekend shifts (paid equally every month throughout the 12-month calendar year) with 7 weeks’ annual leave
Salary: £18,707–£19,923 pro rata to reflect term time working (£20,911-£22,271 FTE)

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of caring and compassionate Support Workers, who are committed in providing the very best quality of care and support to children (6 – 18) and young people (19 – 25) to enable them to reach their full potential.
Assisting with the daily life activities of students and helping to build mutually beneficial relationships within both educational and residential settings, you will play an essential role in supporting our students with the development of their educational, social, life skills and emotional abilities as they progress into adulthood. You will assist with on-site activities, leisure trips and off-site group events both in the school/college education department and in the residential setting.
We are looking for candidates who have a genuine passion for working with children and young people, who are able to consistently engage our students through praise, direction and calmness. You will have the ability to work with initiative, resourcefulness and passion in order to support our students, whatever your role, as part of a motivated team.
