Night Waking Support Worker
Department: Residential Care (students 6 – 19 years), Residential Care (students 19 – 25 years)
Location: The Sheiling Ringwood
Employment Type: Permanent
Hours & Working Patterns: erm time (41 working weeks, including training days) with the following options:-
- 2 nights = 19 hours per week
- 3 nights = 28.5 hours per week
- 4 nights = 38 hours per week
Salary: £21,834 - £23,254 FTE (£11.04 per hour to £11.76 per hour)

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of caring and compassionate
Support Workers, who are committed in providing the very best quality of care and support to children
(6 – 18) and young people (19 – 25) to enable them to reach their full potential.
We are looking for candidates who have a genuine passion for working with children and young people,
who are able to consistently engage our students through praise, direction and calmness.
You will have the ability to work with initiative, resourcefulness and passion in order to support our students,
whatever your role, as direction and calmness.
Fundamental responsibilities are to safeguard the health and safety of the residents in the house during the evening, nights and early mornings and to provide timely and effective handovers with other colleagues to facilitate continuity of care.
Secondary responsibilities include undertaking routine domestic and/or administrative duties.
